We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, greeting guests upon arrival, answering phone calls, managing reservations, and providing general information about the hotel. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Answer inquiries from guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
- Ensure all guests are satisfied with their stay.
- Resolve guest complaints in a timely manner.
