Job Summary
The Manager, Customer Sales and Experience will be responsible for leading a team of sales supervisors and their teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth in the residential market. This position will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our residential sales and marketing efforts.
Main Responsibilities
• Lead and manage daily operations to sell best-in-class services to residential customers
• Foster a culture of excellence, encouraging teamwork and skills development among employees
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and drive results
• Maintain detailed knowledge of Spectrum's product offerings and value proposition
• Coach employees on Charter's Sales Process and ensure adherence to company policies
• Perform administrative tasks related to sales activities and commission payments
Requirements
• 5 years of outside sales experience or related work experience
• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent work experience
• Proven communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Language
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record within Company required standards
