At La Quinta Inn & Suites Webster, we aim to provide every guest with a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay. Our Front Desk Agents are the face of our hotel, playing a key role in creating a positive first impression and delivering outstanding service from check-in to check-out.
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm, professional attitude and assist with check-in/check-out
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel systems
- Process payments, issue room keys, and maintain accurate guest records
- Handle guest concerns or complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
- Follow all safety, security, and company procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
