As the Head Housekeeper at La Quinta Inns & Suites, you will oversee all housekeeping operations to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations and high-quality standards.
- Develop cleaning schedules and assign tasks to housekeeping staff.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Train new staff on housekeeping procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage.
- Address guest inquiries or complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
- Implement best practices for sanitation and safety in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
