Front Desk Receptionist (La Quinta INN & Suits )
Guest Service Agents greet guests at the front desk and ensure they are efficiently checked in or out.
Agents also manage payments and interact with guests to ensure all of their needs are met while staying at the hotel. The front- desk is a critical role in a company.
Generally, front desk employees are the first person customers or clients speak to or interact with.
Duties & Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
ï‚· Greet guests with courtesy and respect- answer their questions as required
ï‚· Count and verify cash, shift activities, keys, gift certificates and wireless internet cards with departing shift.
ï‚· Complete shift audits as required.
ï‚·Print updated in-house, arrival, departure and room status reports.
ï‚· Check all unresolved departures.
ï‚· Write all wake-up call requests on specified form and enter on a switchboard.
Job Description:
Responsibilities for a front desk position often include answering a multi-line phone system and greeting and directing guests, as well as staff.
