What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Auditor position at La Quinta Inn?
- Front desk will work hours as scheduled.
- Front desk will be expected to listen, empathize, apologize, and problem solve (as authorized) to resolve guest issues and concerns.
- Front desk will maintain cleaning duties per shift as scheduled, including but not limited to:
FRONT DESK / BACK OFFICE / PUBLIC AREAS
o Clean, organized appearance at all times and free of miscellaneous clutter.
o Keep supplies adequately stocked.
o Keep cleaning chemicals and equipment stored in proper location out of guest view.
o Not allow employee food or beverages in the front desk area, keeping in back office away from computers and out of guest view.
o All clerks are responsible for the restocking of supplies used during their shift.
o All clerks are required to complete the shift checklist in its entirety for the particular shift they are scheduled to work.
o Security cameras must be monitored frequently.
o Lobby area must be kept clean and organized at all times.
o Public restrooms must be kept clean, organized and stocked at all times.
o Pool area must be kept clean, organized and stocked at all times.
Setting up the breakfast every morning.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
