The Country Inn & Suites Appleton is currently seeking a caring, friendly personality to join our Front Office team. The main responsibility of a night audit representative is to meet and exceed expectations of all guests staying in the hotel. Job duties include balancing night audit, running reports, starting breakfast, answering phones, booking reservations, responding to emails and electronic reservations, greeting guests upon entry to the hotel, check in & check out guests, answering questions, and providing any necessary services to ensure a customer's satisfaction.
Qualifications: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required. Desirable attributes for the night audit position includes the ability to work third shift, friendliness, a professional demeanor, patience, and the desire to help others.
