- Assist guests with luggage storage, transportation arrangements, and other concierge services
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Operate the phone system and handle incoming calls professionally
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel software
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is an advantage
