Breakfast Attendant

Duties

• Prepare and present breakfast items in accordance with established standards.
• Ensure the breakfast area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
• Assist guests with their breakfast selections, providing excellent customer service.
• Operate food service equipment and maintain it in good working condition.
• Manage cash register transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Cater to special dietary needs or requests from guests as necessary.
• Monitor food quality and freshness, discarding any items that do not meet standards.
• Help maintain a positive dining atmosphere by addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary skills is a plus.
• Experience using POS systems such as OpenTable or Aloha POS is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude are essential.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of catering services is beneficial for assisting with special events.
