What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at La Quinta Inns & Suites?
Job responsibilities include answering phones, taking reservations, checking guests in and out, and attending to guests' requests and issues all while providing great customer service. Experience in hotels is not required but definitely a plus, especially franchised hotels. Knowledge with Opera PMS is a plus! Day shift 7am-3pm. Evening shift 3pm-11pm. Night Audit shift 12 AM- 8 AM. Agents are eligible for several bonuses based on reviews and quality service scores for the hotel.
