## Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be a SynXis expert, first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for all visitors.
## Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about services and amenities
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
## Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is a must.
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Proficiency in multilingual communication is a plus
- Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel management systems (SynXis) is a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour
