What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Maintenance Supervisor position at La Quinta Inns & Suites?
This is for a full time, year round position as the facility and maintenance supervisor for the La Quinta Inn & Suites on 32nd St in Ocean City, MD. Prospective employees will be eligible for year end bonuses and other perks and benefits based on their job performance and productivity. Applicants must have basic carpentry, electrical, and plumbing skills. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be physically able to perform tasks that require lifting up to 40 lbs. Applicant must have their own tools and a reliable form of transportation. Licenses and certifications are a bonus. Must have at least 5 years experience in construction and / or hotel maintenance. Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
-General maintenance and upkeep of the interior and exterior of the hotel
-Door lock repair
-Painting
-Appliance repair and replacement
-Grounds keeping
-Trash Removal
-Other misc. maintenance and janitorial work
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
