Essential Job Functions:
- Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere upon their arrival.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Provide information and answer inquiries about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate guest records, including personal information and payment details.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Assist in managing reservations, cancellations, and room assignments.
- Process payments, including cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a professional and inviting appearance.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Previous experience in a customer service role strongly preferred.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and be able to learn new software programs as necessary.
- Must have strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a variety of situations and with different levels of authority and responsibility.
- Must be able to work some weekends.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 38 per week
