Please be advised, this position requires heavy physical activity with frequent or on a continuous basis up to entire shift, standing up for extended periods, extensive walking, repeated bending, lifting, and carrying items, weighing up to 100 lbs without assistance, as well as pushing and pulling heavy luggage carts.
SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS: The hotel functions seven (7) days a week and twenty-four (24) hours per day. Due to the seasonal nature and business hours of a hotel, candidates must realize it may be necessary to move an employee from their accustomed shift as business demands. Additionally, it may be required to assist other positions in department as needed or as directed by immediate supervisor.
Compensation Range: The compensation for this position is $15.50/Hr. - $15.50/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.

We are looking for a highly motivated individuals to join our Guest Services team as a Full-Time Bellman.
The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests as they arrive for the first time and throughout their stay. In offering a warm welcome to our hotel/resort, the Guest Services Agent assists with the unloading of guest’s luggage and provides a source of knowledge for the guest for everything about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area as they assist the guest to their room.

Your Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest.
- Interacts with all guests. The bell person/ guest services attendant will welcome each guest to our hotel.
- You will assist the guests checking in or out with their baggage, as you do so, you will be explaining our amenities, answering questions, and providing fun facts they should know about our hotel.
- You will be working together with other attendants to ensure each guest has a personalized experience such as opening the doors for guest or holding deliveries.
- Assist lobby attendant in keeping entrance area clean and organized
- "Be the difference" with all guest and employees and do more than just “the norm".
Duties of Bellman:
- Connects with guests with a dynamic and engaging personality.
- Follow established hotel safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Is familiar with the layout of the hotel and memorize the preferred route for escorting guests.
- Provides information to guests about the hotel facilities and services.
- Recognizes customers immediately with a warm and hospitable welcome.
- Responds to inquiries with accurate information regarding location specific features and services.
- Coordinates with Guest Services staff regarding daily VIP arrivals and special guests.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
- Must be at least 23 years old.
- Valid driver's license with at least 3 years' driving experience
- Must pass a mandatory drug test
- Must pass a criminal background check
- No MAJOR violations (DUI, reckless driving, negligent homicide) in the past 7 years
- No more than two MINOR violations in the past year (accident, speeding)
- No license suspension or revocation in the last 3 years
- Flexible availability (evening and weekend shifts)
- Frequent running, standing, stooping, lifting, and climbing stairs.
- Exposed to winter and summer temperature extremes.
- Must speak and write fluent English.
