Key Responsibilities :
- Meet with potential clients to assess their outdoor spaces and understand their vision, needs, and budget
- Create preliminary design concepts and present professional proposals to clients
- Develop detailed cost estimates and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with our design and installation teams to ensure project success
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate referral business
- Track sales metrics and maintain accurate records in our CRM system (BOSS LM)
- Stay current with industry trends, sustainable practices, and innovative landscape solutions
