Position Overview
Lead and supervise landscape maintenance crews while ensuring the highest quality of service delivery and operational efficiency. This role combines hands-on leadership with strategic planning and team development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate multiple landscape maintenance crews
- Schedule crews, equipment, and materials for daily operations
- Monitor project progress and quality control across multiple sites
- Train crew members on safety protocols, equipment operation, and landscape techniques
- Coordinate with clients and respond to service requests
