LA Semiconductor is the newest US Owned and Operated, Fully Operational, Pure-Play Semiconductor Foundry for Analog, Mixed Signal, and Power Products. LA Semiconductor is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join the team, located in Pocatello, Idaho. As a FAB Support Technician, you will have the opportunity to improve quality of support equipment for the FAB. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support and provide excellent customer service, with a high degree of initiative, autonomy, and self-drive
- Simple Troubleshoot
- Perform data entries in Excel and other databases when necessary
- Package parts per Fab and Facilities Maintenance and/or vendor requirements
- Demonstrate continuous improvement
- Provide clear and precise information to peers and customers
- Maintain a positive working relationship with peers and customers
- Cross-train through some job functions within Fab Support area
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
- Provide multi-tasking support
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Experience & ability to work with computers and learn new computer software and systems
- MS Office products experience preferred
- Ability to communicate well orally and in writing utilizing email
- Ability to work with non-routine job functions and troubleshoot new situations as they occur required
- Ability to work with repetitive lifting and moving inventory (up to 50lbs)
- Ability to document your daily activities with the systems provided
- Basic math skills required.
