Summary
As a Painter at La Serena Villas, you will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal of our boutique hotels through high-quality painting and renovation work. This role is vital to ensuring that our properties reflect the luxury and charm that our guests expect.
Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior painting tasks to enhance the appearance of hotel properties.
- Utilize airless paint spraying techniques for efficient application.
- Install fixtures and maintain painted surfaces to ensure longevity and quality.
- Conduct renovations as needed to keep the properties up to standard.
- Use power tools safely and effectively for various painting projects.
- Apply caulking and stucco as part of maintenance and repair work.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to assess needs and prioritize tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in professional painting, preferably in a hospitality or residential setting.
- Strong skills in airless paint spraying and fixture installation.
- Familiarity with power tools and safe handling practices.
- Basic knowledge of construction estimating is a plus but not required.
- Ability to maintain high standards of quality while working efficiently under time constraints.
- Experience with caulking, stucco application, and general renovation work is beneficial.
