La Villa Grande Care Center is seeking an experienced Nurse Training Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing orientation and in-service education for employees in our large senior living community.
This role involves coordinating infection prevention efforts and ensuring compliance with quality care standards. We are looking for a skilled professional with an unrestricted RN license and experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $97,000 DOE, as well as a sign-on bonus of $15k paid out in increments. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, generous Paid Time Off program, holidays, 401k and more.
