This role involves planning, coordinating, and managing orientation and in-service education for facility employees, with a focus on infection prevention and control.
The successful candidate will develop and implement annual training plans, design systems to prevent/control infections, and monitor reports of infections among residents and staff.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing staff.
- Design and maintain effective systems for preventing and controlling infections within the facility.
- Monitor and analyze reports of infections among residents and staff, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
