- You will facilitate administrative and customer service issues
- You will manage cash, income, and information flow
- You will ensure adherence to all company policies
- You will oversee the execution of gallery operations
- You will help lead exceptional sales and interior design team members
- You will present a professional appearance and personable attitude
- You will manage telephone responsibilities
- You will manage inventory

Position Requirements:
- Minimum two years experience in an administrative leadership position
- The duties of this job require a high degree of skill in maintaining established standards of quality and accuracy
- Good verbal and written communication
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
