Job Description
The Assistant Marketing Coordinator assists with tasks needed for marketing and client development projects to run smoothly. Working with the marketing and client development teams, these tasks often include supporting the production of marketing materials; updating client-facing advertising pieces, reports and presentations; tracking projects and team activities; assisting with client communications and standardizing marketing materials.
Responsibilities include :
- Research for potential cases
- Data entry for database and CRM
- Assist ADR team with case and client research and data
- Client intake for retail outreach
- Conference and event coordination
- Website updates
- Create PPT presentations and other marketing materials
- Competitive research
