We are seeking a Blood Specimen Collector to join our team at Labcorp. As a Blood Specimen Collector, you will play a critical role in collecting blood specimens and providing vital health insights to patients. This role requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently or in a team environment. You will be responsible for performing blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups, collecting specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests, and preparing all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
The ideal candidate will have high school diploma or equivalent, phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency, and at least 2 years of phlebotomy experience with all age patients. Additionally, they must have a valid driver's license and good driving record, as well as flexibility to work overtime as needed.
