What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Success Manager position at Labcorp?
The Client Success Manager creates positive relationships with clients through excellence in day to day service delivery. Serves as the main point of contact for client accounts, identifies upsell opportunities, and increases book of business revenue. This individual is also responsible for the delivery of the client strategy and monitors data to ensure requirements are met.
- Plan the execution of client strategies and coordinating with all internal functions to execute with excellence and alignment with client goals.
- Accountable for client retention and client satisfaction for their designated book of business
- Deliver services according to contractual requirements
- Create and maintain client relationships
- Influence client and internal timelines expectations, and proactively negotiates with internal resources to deliver on promises made, SLA's and client expectations
- Document client projections, identify and nourish upsell opportunities, proactively manages book of business to increase revenue.
- Client relationship development 30% , Tactical 40%, and Transactional 30%
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience with requisite competencies
- Basic understanding of our firm, our products, services and delivery model
- Fundamental understanding of firm, client base and systems
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (primarily Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Highly detail-oriented writer and editor
- Skilled at managing multiple hard deadlines at once with a keen sense of prioritization
- Solid grasp of the corporate wellness industry

Pay Range: $60,000-$85,000 sales incentive plan
