Job Description
Data Collection and Entry
As a Phlebotomist-Float, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients by venipuncture and capillary techniques. You will also enter patient data accurately and efficiently into our system.
Specimen Preparation and Processing
You will prepare specimens for testing and analysis, ensuring that they meet the required standards for quality and safety.
Patient Interaction and Communication
You will provide superior customer service to all patients, answering their questions and addressing their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Phlebotomy Certification or Completed Training Program
Valid Driver's License and Good Driving Record (if applicable)
