Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our Patient Service Center or Client office team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections, and be the face of our company.
You will have opportunities for continuous growth within the organization and may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 6:50am - 3:20pm, with rotating Saturdays possible. The work location is 574 E Virginia Way, Barstow, CA 92311.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
- Process billing information and collect payments when required
- Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis
- Maintain patient and specimen information logs
- Provide superior customer service to all patients
