We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our team. In this role, you will provide top-notch customer service, perform skilled specimen collections, and be the face of our organization.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collect blood samples from patients of all ages using venipuncture and capillary techniques
- Collect specimens for various tests, including drug screens and paternity tests
- Accurately enter patient information into our system and process billing information
- Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis
- Maintain accurate records of patient and specimen information
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patients
- Perform administrative tasks as needed
- Travel to additional sites when required
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (with occasional overtime)

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency
- Previous experience as a phlebotomist
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record (if applicable)
- Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
