Key Responsibilities:
- Determine the acceptability of specimens for testing according to established criteria
- Perform routine and complex technical procedures and functions
- Monitor and troubleshoot instrumentation
- Prepare and evaluate new reagents or controls
- Report accurate and timely test results
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Biological science or meet local regulatory requirements
- Minimum 1 year of clinical laboratory testing experience or MLS degree
- ASCP or AMT certification preferred
- Familiarity with laboratory information systems a plus
