Key Qualifications

• Phlebotomy Certification: Possess phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency or be willing to obtain it within a specified timeframe.
• Experience: Bring at least 2 years of phlebotomy experience, with a proven track record of delivering excellent results and maintaining accurate records.
• Team Player: Demonstrate comfort working collaboratively within a dynamic team environment, embracing minimal supervision and showcasing initiative when needed.
