Job Details
This Phlebotomy Team Lead position requires a minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience and phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of phlebotomy duties, responsibilities, and techniques, and be comfortable working under minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide coverage and travel to various sites to perform phlebotomy job duties.
- Assist in supervising a team of phlebotomists covering multiple Patient Service Centers & client sites.
- Observe new employee performance and report observations to the supervisor.
- Perform site inspections on a regular basis and accurately report all findings.
