Labcorp is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to join our team in either a Patient Service Center or client office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating patient services, ensuring that our clients and patients receive high-quality care and attention.
In this role, you will utilize your exceptional customer service skills to deliver outstanding patient experiences, while maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating patient services, including scheduling appointments and preparing specimens for testing
- Entering patient information into our system accurately and efficiently
- Preparing specimens for shipment to laboratories
- Providing exceptional customer service to all patients
