We are seeking a Patient Service Representative - Blood Draw to join our team. As a key member of our patient services department, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients and ensuring that every interaction is professional and courteous.
Responsibilities:
- Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
- Process data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
- Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision
