We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Phlebotomist to join our team at Labcorp. As a key member of our Patient Service Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and performing skilled specimen collections with minimal supervision.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have a valid Washington issued Phlebotomy License or have an application for Phlebotomy License filed with Washington Department of Health at time of hire. You will be comfortable working under minimal supervision, flexible to work overtime as needed, and able to attend 2-week training in Seattle, WA.
About the Role
- Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
- Process billing information and collect payments when required
- Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
- Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
- Travel to additional sites when needed
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
