Job Summary:
We are seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in a Patient Service Center or Client office. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing skilled specimen collections, and being the face of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and other procedures
- Process billing information and collect payments when required
- Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
- Maintain patient and specimen information logs
- Provide superior customer service to all patients
- Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
Requirements:
- Must have a valid California-issued Phlebotomy License or have an application filed with the California Department of Health at time of hire
- Previous experience as a phlebotomist is highly preferred
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision
- Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
- Must be able to attend 2-week training in California

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm, with additional hours and rotating weekends as needed
