Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Labcorp. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a vital role in helping people understand their health by providing accurate and timely blood collections, data entry, and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Perform venipuncture and capillary techniques for blood collections across all age groups
- Enter patient information accurately and on time
- Process billing information and collect payments as required
- Prepare specimens for testing and analysis
- Assist with administrative and clerical duties as needed
- Travel to additional sites when necessary
Requirements:
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency
- At least 2 years of experience as a phlebotomist working with patients of all ages
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
