What are the responsibilities and job description for the Traveling Phlebotomy Specialist position at Labcorp?

We are seeking a Phlebotomist to work in either a Patient Service Center or client office. As a Phlebotomist, you will deliver exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections, and serve as the face of our organization.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency (preferred)
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Performing blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
- Entering patient information accurately and timely
- Processing billing information and collecting payments when required
- Preparing specimens for testing and analysis
- Assisting with administrative and clerical duties as needed
- Traveling to additional sites when necessary
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
