Job Overview:
Milestone Education specializes in nurturing local childcare brands, leveraging the resources of a larger network while maintaining the community feel of a smaller company. As we expand, we are seeking a proactive and experienced Traveling Quality Support Specialist for Early Childhood Education. This role is crucial in ensuring our growing network of 60 centers across nine states achieves and maintains the highest educational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the VP of Quality and Academics to uphold and enhance educational quality standards.
- Conduct comprehensive training for teachers and directors on state QR standards, ECERS, ITERS, ERS-3, and various other national accreditations.
- Oversee inventory management and procurement of educational materials and supplies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school directors, prioritizing effective communication and trust.
- Ensure schools can independently implement training and maintain standards for Quality Reviews.
- Provide focused support to individual schools or areas, offering in-depth guidance and assessments.
- Extensive travel, up to 90%, to deliver on-site training and support.
Requirements:
- Associate Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in ECE, including leadership roles in licensed childcare facilities.
- Experience in conducting training sessions.
- Experience implementing Quality Rating standards including ECERS, ITERS, and ERS-3.
- Ability to travel up to 90% (this is a non-negotiable with the role!)
- Located in GA or FL
