Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon their arrival, managing check-ins and check-outs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure clients' satisfaction at checkout, addressing any issues with service or experience and ensuring they leave with a positive impression.
- Professionally answer phone calls, providing information about our services, scheduling appointments, and handling any client concerns.
- Maintain an organized, clean reception area to enhance client comfort and satisfaction.
- Coordinate smooth front desk operations by aligning with the spa and salon teams.
- Manage client bookings and confirmations, maintaining a precise schedule to ensure seamless service.
- Collaborate closely with the team, providing support and assistance as needed.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a receptionist in a spa, salon, or medspa.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of salon software is a plus.
