Position Purpose

The Flexographic Press Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining a flexographic printing press, ensuring high-quality printed products by adjusting ink flow, plate positioning, and machine settings while closely monitoring print quality, color accuracy, and registration according to job specifications; tasks include loading materials, changing printing plates, mixing inks, and performing routine preventative maintenance checks to maintain production efficiency and meet customer requirements. Mark Andy and / or Nilpeter experience a plus

This is a Full-Time, Hourly position. We’re hiring for 2nd Shift (2pm - 10pm), Monday through Friday, with opportunities for overtime.
