We are seeking a motivated Accounting & Treasury Analyst to join the team at Arcor in Miami. This role is crucial in maintaining the financial integrity of operations, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
Responsibilities
Bank Reconciliation & Month-End Close : Perform regular bank reconciliations and assist with month-end financial close activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Ensure Transaction Accuracy : Maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial records by ensuring that all transactions are properly accounted for in the system.
Audit Support : Actively participate in both internal and external audit processes, including tax audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Compliance & Process Improvement : Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations. Continuously seek opportunities to improve financial processes.
Manage Fixed Expenses for Each Employee : Oversee and control the fixed expenses for all Arcor USA employees to ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, CPA or a related field. (Mandatory)
1 years of experience in a similar financial or accounting role. (Prefered)
Experience in audit processes (internal and external) (Prefered)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Advanced, Word, Power Point,etc)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Detailed-oriented, organizational skills and entrepreneurship
Bilingual English-Spanish. (Mandatory)
