When required to operate motor vehicles, incumbents must possess a valid New York State driver’s license appropriate for the type of vehicle being operated.Duties: - Supervise subordinate maintenance staff that includes Maintenance Supervisor I, Trades Generalist and Maintenance Assistants - Work with supervisors to schedule daily/weekly tasks/projects- Communicate schedules with management- Review and approve time sheets and travel expense vouchers- Must possess a valid NYS driver’s license- Have general maintenance knowledge- Ability to initiate and maintain relationships across a diverse set of stakeholders- Ability to guide staff in basic building maintenance and repair tasks using the appropriate tools and equipment- Travel to various sites across NYS
