Responsibilities Record daily transactions like sales, purchases, and payments Classify expenses and revenues into relevant categories Ensure financial records match bank statements Create and send invoices Calculate employee wages, taxes, and deductions Close books monthly Prepare financial statements like balance sheets, cash flow, and profit and loss Complete tax forms Work with accountants to ensure compliance Manage accounts payable and receivable Skills and qualifications Good understanding of mathematical principles and calculations Data entry skills Experience with spreadsheets and accounting software Proficiency in English and in MS Office Customer service orientation and negotiation skills High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Experience with Excel and creating pivot tables Qualified candidates should provide an updated resume with work experience in the field, names of employers, dates of employment and references.
