The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a cabinet shop and be knowledgeable about millwork manufacturing methods, equipment, materials and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel
- Help in shop when not traveling
- Oversee the production work of the cabinet shop
- Schedule and budget projects to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and costs
- Communicate effectively with clients and vendors to ensure satisfaction
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a cabinet shop or related field
- Demonstrated knowledge of millwork manufacturing methods, equipment, materials and practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret plans/blue prints and shop drawings
- Experience with CNC machine operation
- Own vehicle
- Own tools
