Lawn Maintenance Division Leader

What You Will Be Doing:

• Lead & Inspire: Guide and manage your lawn maintenance crews to insure high-quality work, on-time completion, efficient use of resources.
• Quality Control: Conduct inspections to ensure the highest standards of lawn care are met. Your attention to detail will keep our clients happy and reputation solid.
• Client Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any needs or concerns in a proactive manner.
• Train & Develop: Mentor your team, ensuring they grow in their skills and reach new heights in their career.
• Safety & Equipment: Oversee daily inspections of equipment and trucks to ensure everything is in tip-top shape and ready for action.
• Keep Things Rolling: Stay on top of schedules, time management, and budget tracking while ensuring everything runs smoothly.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 3-5 years in Lawn Maintenance, with experience managing teams.
• Leadership: You lead by example, motivating your team with positivity and a strong work ethic.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and computers to manage schedules and track progress.
• Passion: A love for lawn care and for helping your team and clients succeed!
• Experience: In budgets and Excel is a plus!

Requirements: 

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to build strong relationships with the customer and display excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage your workflow in a timely and consistent manager
• Knowledgeable about all safety requirements
