Selling Branch Manager

Labor Finders of Austell, GA is looking for a Selling Branch Manager located at 5041 Dallas Hwy #404, Powder Springs, GA 30127

A selling branch manager in staffing is responsible for managing a branch's sales and operations, and for growing the business: 

• Sales: Develop sales plans, promote and sell to new and existing clients, and conduct cold calls 
• Client relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and provide clear communication 
• Team management: Hire, train, and motivate sales representatives and other team members 
• Business development: Generate leads through marketing and networking, and look for new business opportunities 
• Financial goals: Ensure that sales and profit goals are met, and manage P&L statements 
• Staffing targets: Set and assist the staff in achieving staffing targets 
• Payroll: Process payroll in a timely manner 

Other responsibilities may include:

• Training service sales trainees 
• Improving relationships with consultants 
• Setting up customer information sessions 
• Working closely with the general manager 
• Demonstrating sales results 
• Communicating with customers and other employees 
• Identifying operational deficiencies and implementing plans for improvement
