  Position Descriptions:

  Pick and Pack Workers

• Accurately select and pack products for shipping

• Label, organize, and prepare orders for distribution

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the packing area

• RF Scanner Operators

• Use handheld RF scanners to track and manage inventory

• Accurately scan barcodes and follow digital picking lists

• Assist in stocking and restocking shelves

• Manufacturing Workers

• Operate machinery and production line equipment

• CNC Operators (Semi-Skilled)

• Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts

• Interpret blueprints or technical drawings

• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality

  Requirements for All Roles:

• Must be reliable, punctual, and ready to work

• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks

• Comfortable standing for extended periods

• Safety-conscious with a strong attention to detail

• Previous experience is a plus (especially for CNC roles)

• Certification required for some semi-skilled positions

• Monitor the assembly process to ensure quality and efficiency

• Perform basic maintenance and report malfunctions
