Position Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing customized promotional product solutions to meet their needs. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth while earning a competitive base salary and uncapped commissions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in various industries.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend suitable promotional products.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals that highlight the benefits and features of our products.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure client specifications are met.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to order fulfillment and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to network and showcase our products.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in promotional products or a related B2B industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and achieve results.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Compensation :

  • Base Salary : $60k Uncapped commissions
  • Flexible work schedule
  • Remote / WFH or Hybrid
  • Unlimited PTO
