Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
- Fabricate components as needed to support repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct residential painting projects to enhance facility aesthetics.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical issues effectively.
- Weld components as necessary to ensure structural integrity and functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance roles.
- Proficiency in using tools such as an Ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in maintenance tasks.
- Ability to read and understand technical schematics and manuals.
- Experience in welding techniques is a plus.
- Previous experience with residential painting is desirable but not mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
