Receiving Supervisor A
Schedule: 1:30 AM - 10:00 AM (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday)
Days Off: Wednesday, Sunday
Pay Rate: $24.30/hour
Job Requirements:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven leadership experience
• Forklift and pallet jack experience
• Basic computer proficiency
• Previous receiving experience
• Comfortable working in a cold environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently

Scope of Role
The Warehouse Receiving Supervisor reports directly to the Warehouse Receiving Manager and assists in team member reviews, hiring, and corrective actions. They may either provide recommendations to the Manager or serve as a witness during these processes. The Supervisor will also manage other warehouse activities independently, following established processes for additional sub-teams in the absence of the Receiving Manager. They will regularly report on team performance, workflow issues, and other areas requiring attention.

Job Requirements

• Basic Skills: Proficient in basic computer operations (MS Office, IT platforms) and math (calculator use).
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or travel with equipment for 8–12 hours.
• Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills.
• Environment: Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment during the shift.

Safety & Food Safety Responsibilities:

• Safety Protocols: Report safety/food safety concerns, damaged products, or equipment immediately.
• Receiving Process: Ensure product integrity, proper allergen handling, and equipment certification.
• Compliance: Follow food safety guidelines, wear PPE, and maintain hygiene.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Training: Assist in training team members based on performance.
• Warehouse Systems: Monitor WMS, Produce Pro, and My Q for product tracking, verifying shipments, and resolving discrepancies.
• Communication: Coordinate with team members, clerical, and transportation for smooth operations.
• Compliance: Follow HACCP, GMP, and quality standards
