We are seeking a entry level Machinist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machines and tools to fabricate and assemble components according to specifications. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Operate lathes, CNC machines, and other precision equipment to fabricate parts.
- Utilize hand tools and measuring instruments to ensure accuracy in production.
- Assemble components and perform quality checks using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
- Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve manufacturing processes.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Fabricate parts from various materials, including plastics through injection molding processes.
- Utilize forklift operations as needed for material handling.
